The GFNY Cozumel course provides panoramic views and challenging winds. There are two distances to choose from, the Long Course is 160 kilometers and consists of two loops around the island of Cozumel. The Medium Course is 80 kilometers that circumvents the island of Cozumel once. No matter which course, we promise you will be mesmerized by beautiful beaches and ocean views, plus the support of all the locals who will be out in big numbers to cheer you to the finish line.
Your 160km journey will take you through two challenging hot laps around the coastline of this beautiful island, with more than 50 kilometers of picturesque turquoise ocean views. Along the way, you’ll be challenged by strong Mayan winds, technical downtown roads, and celebrated by the town locals.
LONG COURSE IS A COMPETITION: Only the finishers of the long course are eligible for category rankings and Overall and Podium awards. If you want to race and be ranked in your category, you must complete the long course. Top 10% of finishers in each age group earn a spot in the Qualifier Corral at every GFNY World event.
